CINCUp 2024 Recap: TechCollect and the Power of Community, AI, and CAM Expertise

CINCUp Recap

CINCUp 2024 was more than a gathering of minds and innovations in community association management for CINC clients. It was a testament to the power of community, the growing influence of AI in shaping our future, and the importance of partnering with industry experts who truly understand the space. At TechCollect, we were thrilled to be part of the event, conducting multiple demos of our solution and learning from the thought-provoking sessions and keynotes.

Here are three core takeaways from CINCUp 2024 that resonated deeply with us at TechCollect:

1. Community Matters Above All

One of the most poignant moments of CINCUp 2024 came from the collective response to Hurricane Helene, which impacted several communities right before the event. The rallying cry to support those in need was both inspiring and heartwarming. Over $12,000 was raised at the event for disaster relief, and CINC continues to match donations to double the impact for those affected by both Hurricanes Helene and Milton. If you would like to donate now, you can do so here.

Jake Wood, co-founder of Team Rubicon and keynote speaker, not only shared his insights on leadership and disaster response but also balanced his time leading efforts in response to the hurricane. His presence was a powerful reminder of the importance of showing up for our communities, especially in times of crisis, and we are incredibly inspired by the efforts of Team Rubicon.

In the spirit of community, it’s crucial to remember Mr. Rogers’ words that CINC promoted throughout the event: “We live in a world in which we need to share responsibility. It’s easy to say ‘It’s not my child, not my community, not my world, not my problem.’ Then there are those who see the need and respond. I consider those people my heroes.” CINCUp exemplified this shared responsibility, and the momentum continues.

2. AI Builds Community

At TechCollect, we couldn’t have been more excited by CINC’s new product announcements, especially the unveiling of their AI-driven solutions like the Communications Center and the Board Insight Center. These tools are transformative for management companies, capturing the work of community managers and compiling critical insights for board members, all while automating tasks that previously took hours.

TechCollect’s AI-fueled communication workflows are perfectly aligned with CINC’s AI-fueled product roadmap. AI isn’t just about automating processes; it’s about creating tools that enhance human connections and decision-making. Our solution is designed to make it easier for a homeowner to pay their assessments before attorney involvement, all while alleviating workload for the management company. CINC clients were thrilled to see how our integration automates their collections process with ease and efficiency, and how onboarding TechCollect into CINC is a simple API process.

3. CAM Experience is Necessary for Effective AI Solutions

In a world where tech solutions are evolving rapidly, it’s vital that the partners community association management companies work with are fully immersed in the nuances of the CAM space. CINCUp reinforced the importance of having technology developed by those who truly understand the needs of the industry.

Gar Liebler, TechCollect’s founder, is an accredited CAM professional with over 25 years of experience. As a former owner of LandArc, Gar knows firsthand the challenges that managers face daily. His deep understanding of the industry ensures that our solutions aren’t just innovative but practical and tailored to the unique demands of community association management.

Brent Bassett, our Director of Product, also plays a key role in ensuring that our AI-powered communications not only automate workflows but also comply with state legislation. This was especially important with the CINC clients he worked with in Nashville last week, and they were excited to work with him on these needs.

At TechCollect, we believe that technology should be built on a foundation of community and expertise. CINCUp 2024 showcased how AI and industry expertise can come together to build stronger, more connected communities, and we’re excited to continue leading the charge in transforming the CAM space.
